- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I heard alot about Ivyvank vets once I registered with them a year ago but tried my best not to have any preconceived ideas about them before I had actually used their service, but unfortunately the reception are 'extremely rude' and can't seem to admit when they have made mistakes. I have too phone Valley Oaks for any sound advice regarding my pets as they can't seem to give advice over the phone very well, as the previous practice i was registered with before I moved "Valley Oaks Vets" whom I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent encounter whilst caring for their clients pets and always having their best interests they always make sure you feel comfortable and valued as the client.
